Kevin Ramsier is the Founder of the Execuneur Program. Like many of our clients, he spent time climbing the corporate ladder but always knew he was meant to run his own businesses and create his own wealth.

Starting his career in the investment industry, Kevin eventually moved into executive positions, assisting investment management firms with raising over $2 billion dollars into their respective funds. After learning the true value of great management teams, and how the right people can turn a good business into an amazing company very quickly, he began making investments into private companies on his own. In 2001, Kevin listened to his heart and made the first of several investments. He took the skills and knowledge acquired from his corporate career to start SIER Capital.

During that time he was fortunate enough to work alongside some amazing employees to accomplish the following:

Kevin believes executives work too hard not to be rewarded and respected. He created Execuneur to transfer these values, systems and lessons to a new generation of entrepreneurs across the globe. After being successful in corporate America, but feeling unhappy and frustrated, he developed the Execuneur program based on lessons learned and methods honed in the trenches of acquiring and operating lower middle market companies for over two decades.
